Artist Bio

One of Germany’s most enigmatic producers, Ulrich Schnauss makes an electronic update of the gauzy sounds peddled by My Bloody Valentine and The Cocteau Twins, with a nod to ambient experimenters from Tangerine Dream to The Orb. Melding these shoegaze elements masterfully with a more modern German tech sensibility to create music that has a genuinely beguiling charm, his spectacular live shows are a sonic tour de force not to be missed.
